Ordering

We will try to make it as simple as possible for you to place an order with us.

While browsing our online catalog or by using our navigation links or our search function located at the top of every page, add items to your mini cart complete the checkout process by clicking on the checkout button which will take you to a view summary page where you have the option to select to proceed with the order or to continue browsing and adding more furniture items for inclusion in your order.

Marcasitesilverjewelry.com uses only courier and the merchandise should be arrive within 4 or 5 days after the shipping date. As you know the price of silver metal changes continually so we will let you know the prices as soon as you indicate the references in which you are interested in.

 

Payment

We request a 50% deposit with your order which can be paid by wire transfer. When this first payment has been received (within 4 – 5 days), we will then notify you while at the same time start producing your product selection in the quantity you desire.

During production, if you require pictures to be sent this can also be arranged. When the production is fully finished, you will be again contacted by us in regards to the balance payment and shipping details. We will also send pictures of the merchandise before the last payment

 

Shipping

The shipping cost at this stage will not be present and will be quoted to you once your order lists have been received. You will also receive a receipt of the order you have just made, with a product list which will be the base of the shipping cost included in the total amount of the order.

Within 48 hours, our representative will contact you and summarize the order along with the added shipping cost included on total cost breakdown.
